Dr. Diana Corley is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of healthcare experience. She has broad experience in a multitude of settings to include primary and hospice care, bariatric management, academia, and geriatrics. Dr. Corley graduated from Tioga High School in 1992 and then went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College (1999), Masters of Science in Nursing from Graceland University (2007), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northwestern State University (2018). Along with her husband, Scott, she opened Centerpoint Family Practice in 2020. She currently serves in the United States Navy Reserve and holds the rank of Commander.
Dr. Corley resides in Kolin with her husband and 2 miniature schnauzers. They are the proud parents to four children and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being with family, and traveling the world!

She’s well known in the community for providing pediatric and new adult care at Paradise Children’s Clinic in Ball, La. Her primary care experience includes pediatric care, hospice care, bariatric management, and academia. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University (2010), and returned later to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing (2016) and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (2020).
She resides in Pollock with her husband of 23 years and their 13-year-old boy/girl twins. She spends as much time as she can with her family and is passionate about making her community a better place by providing excellent accessible health care.

Courtney Carroll is thrilled to join the team at Health Mechanix in Dry Prong, Louisiana. As a licensed esthetician, this is her first official position in the field, and she couldn’t be more excited to turn her passion for skincare and beauty into a career.
Helping people feel confident, radiant, and beautiful is what she loves most. Whether it’s a relaxing facial, a lash lift, or a quick wax, Courtney’s goal is always to ensure clients leave smiling—just as she always is. She specializes in customized facials using professional equipment and the luxurious Circadia product line, tailoring each treatment to the unique needs of the skin.
Outside of the spa, Courtney is a proud mom to two amazing boys. Her oldest, Shawn, is 11 and keeps busy with cross country, bass club, football, and baseball. Her youngest, Hayden, is 8 and just as active in football and baseball. Life is always moving, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Courtney can’t wait to welcome clients into her treatment room and help them look and feel their best.
