Dr. Diana Corley is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of healthcare experience. She has broad experience in a multitude of settings to include primary and hospice care, bariatric management, academia, and geriatrics. Dr. Corley graduated from Tioga High School in 1992 and then went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College (1999), Masters of Science in Nursing from Graceland University (2007), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northwestern State University (2018). Along with her husband, Scott, she opened Centerpoint Family Practice in 2020. She currently serves in the United States Navy Reserve and holds the rank of Commander.
Dr. Corley resides in Kolin with her husband and 2 miniature schnauzers. They are the proud parents to four children and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being with family, and traveling the world!

She resides in Tioga with her husband of 23 years and their 13-year-old boy/girl twins. She spends as much time as she can with her family and is passionate about making her community a better place by providing excellent accessible health care.
